Regional Sales Leader, Eastern Region
New Wave Design (NWD) is seeking a skilled and experienced regional sales leader (RSL) to join our team, responsible for the Eastern United States Sales Region. The ideal candidate will be a proven sales leader with a track record of success in the aerospace and defense market, developing and executing regional and account growth strategies. This position is responsible for developing customer technical design leads, qualification of sales opportunities through closure, building customer relationships, accurate forecasting, providing customer service, and account management in support of corporate strategic direction and goals. This position manages the sales functions within the Eastern States, defining strategic pursuits, providing direction to Inside Sales, communicating internally on support required to maximize the probability of a win, defining and leading the execution of the capture strategy, signing and managing channel partners, and other tasks related to achieving annual bookings targets within the region. The role is supported by other department heads and corporate leadership, both organically and upon request by the RSL, to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved.

The ideal candidate will be a proven sales leader with a track record of success in the aerospace and defense market, developing and executing regional and account growth strategies. This position is responsible for developing customer technical design leads, qualification of sales opportunities through closure, building customer relationships, accurate forecasting, providing customer service, and account management in support of corporate strategic direction and goals. Business System Analyst
We are seeking a proactive, systems-savvy Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our Epicor ERP (GovCloud-hosted), manage existing integrations with Salesforce CRM and Arena PLM, and drive better decision-making through data analysis and reporting. This role works closely with business users to understand needs, document requirements, troubleshoot issues, build real-time reporting and insights to be presented on Sharepoint and supports the development of solutions that reduce manual work and improve-decision-making.
The position blends ERP support, cross-functional systems assistance, and business intelligence development, with occasional backup responsibilities for IT support, especially as it relates to ERP and BI related matters. Over time, the role may expand to support future enterprise applications (e.g., MES, Workday, QMS), building scalable integrations and data visibility and access as the company grows.

Salary Range: $74,700.00-$106,000.00 annually
